Q. Is the birthday child included in the minimum price for ten players?
A. Yes, the price for ten includes the birthday child and 9 other guests.Q. What is the maximum number of players at a Laser Kingdom birthday party?
A. There is a maximum of 30 players allowed.
Q. On the flyer it states that the party includes pizza, soda, and ice cream cake. How much pizza, ice cream and soda is included?
A. We guarantee 1 slice of pizza per player, 1 slice of cake, and unlimited soda. (We also offer water, HiC)
Q. What is the minimum or maximum age to play laser tag?
A. Players must be at least 5 years and there is no age limit. Also there is no weight or height restriction.
Q. Are the tokens for the arcade included with the party?
A. No, tokens are separate from the laser party but can be purchased at the token machine for 0.25$ each. TOKENS MUST BE PURCHASED IN CASH, NO CREDIT
Q. I was wondering about changing the date of the party, what is the procedure following?
A. Deposits are non-refundable, any scheduling changes after then will result in losing your original deposit.
Q. When should we let you know how many guest’s are attending and/or any add-ons such as pizza for parents or party favors?
A. You should call the day prior to your party. An exact number of guest is not needed just an estimate, you will only be charged for the guest that attend that day.
Q. What happens if my child falls ill on the date of the party?
A. You are eligible to reschedule your party to a later date as long as a signed and dated note from a physician is presented.
Q. Are gratuities for the party hostess’s and laser tag referee’s included in the price?
A. No gratuities are not included. However, they are greatly appreciated and pooled equally by all employees servicing your party.
Q. Can we bring in outside food or drink for our party?
A. NO pizza, soda, or coffee or drinks. You are able to bring in your own cake other than Carvel, heros, wraps, and salad platters. NOTE: All the food must be prior approved by Laser Kingdom management.
Q. Can we extend the party time?
A. Yes, an extra game can be added onto any party for $3 per player..
Q. Can I bring in a pinata, popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, confetti, spin art, silly string, coffee machine?
A. No, due to insurance restrictions any item listed above is prohibited in Laser Kingdom party rooms.
Q. When is the final balance due?
A. The final balance is due the day of the party.
Q. Can I bring in balloons or decorations?
A. Yes!

Q. Can I just walk around the arena while my child is playing laser tag
?
A. No, due to insurance restrictions any one that enters the Laser Kingdom Arena must have a laser tag vest on. However there is a viewing window that parents are able to watch the children play.
